Stainer Dosing Machine Reliability Upgrade
DEVA Maintenance improved a problematic stainer dosing machine suffering repeated blockages, burst pipes, overflows and inaccurate dosing. By redesigning and relocating the filter and valve arrangement to an accessible external position, cleaning the system, replacing pumps and stirrer motors, and fully testing the installation, the machine was returned in a far more maintainable condition ready for calibration and production.
